We have the right to substitute Items if needed, for example colours and sizes and brands.

Red and Rabbit is not responsible for sizing issues. Please carefully read the sizing guide/measurements on all products before placing your order. If in doubt, please email us.

We reserve the right to change Item prices and shipping prices at any point before payment has been made.

Red and Rabbit are not a wholesale business, as such we will try to fill your request but have the right to limit you order based on quantities of goods we have in stock and any other reason deemed reasonable.

Delivering of goods

Delivering of goods is out of our hands, and is outsourced to Australia post, by ordering you agree to their shipping terms.

Orders will be shipped as soon as possible, usually within 2 business days, but delays may occur.

Cancellation and refunds

You may request cancellation or edit of an order at any time, but this is under our discretion. As well all refund requests though our website are under our discretion
