Return Policy

Red & Rabbit hope that you are satisfied with your purchase, however we understand that there are times when products are faulty or need returning for other reasons.

We offer a 30 day return policy for all products which are unopened in original packaging.

Faulty Products

If you believe your product is faulty please email us at sales@redandrabbit.com.au describing (ideally with photos) the fault and we will contact you about sending a replacement or refund; shipping costs and product cost will be refunded once item has been returned to Red and Rabbit and we have accepted the fault as ours.

Change of mind or ordered wrong item

If you have changed your mind on a product or ordered the wrong item please email us at sales@redandrabbit.com.au with your order number and name, shipping expenses will be at your own expense. we offer refund minus the original shipping cost. If you ordered the wrong item you may start a new order.
